Financial and Structures
- Bacopa Bay completed all mandated Milestone inspections and a Structural Integrity Reserve Study (SIRS) with no special assessments or financing required
- Bacopa Bay has no Association debt
- Reserves (both structural and others) are fully funded
- Operating fund contributions to reserves exceed Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac requirement
Major structures have been updated
- All flat roofs replaced in 2022
- All 24 tile roofs replaced in 2025
- Complete elevator modernization in 2023 (cabs and mechanical)
- Seawalls replaced in 2022
- Building lobbies and clubhouse renovated in 2026
